Hurlbut Care Communities Pandemic Emergency Plans

On June 17, 2020, Governor Andrew M. Cuomo signed into Law Chapter 114 of the Laws of 2020 creating a new subdivision 12 to section 2803 of the Public Health Law.

This new subdivision requires that each residential health care facility prepare and make available a Pandemic Emergency Plan (PEP) by September 15, 2020. Our facility specific PEP’s can be found on each individual facility homepage.
